The Site
Centrally located within the Paynesville Activity Centre the subject land has a combined area of 2,398 square meters. The subject land has frontage to Fleischer Street in the west, and Devon Road to the south. Situated along an important pedestrian through-link that connects the main residential zone with the commercial precinct via Gilsenan Reserve, the corner site occupies a strategically important position within the urban framework of Paynesville. As a result, the ‘gateway’ condition warrants a change in scale to adequately address the prominent corner and announce entry to the Town Centre.
Apartments

Design First
Design has been at the forefront of mind from initial concept taking into account of the local Paynesville history, the street activation joining the commercial precinct to the residential area all the way to the functional and aesthetic design of each apartment.
