The Site

Centrally located within the Paynesville Activity Centre the subject land has a combined area of 2,398 square meters. The subject land has frontage to Fleischer Street in the west, and Devon Road to the south.  Situated along an important pedestrian through-link that connects the main residential zone with the commercial precinct via Gilsenan Reserve, the corner site occupies a strategically important position within the urban framework of Paynesville. As a result, the ‘gateway’ condition warrants a change in scale to adequately address the prominent corner and announce entry to the Town Centre.
